About the role

Gigatyre Corporation, a leading player in the tyre industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales operations in North and South Luzon. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and fostering strong customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the team achieves its sales targets

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth in the North and South Luzon regions

  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the tyre industry or a related field

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Thorough understanding of the tyre industry, market trends, and competitive landscape

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
