About the Role

Intermediate Accountant with proven skills in NetSuite to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in accounting, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within a dynamic organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, process improvement, and supporting business operations.


Responsibilities
  • Manage general ledger accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Use NetSuite ERP to manage financial transactions, reporting, and process automation.
  • Support audit preparation and respond to auditor queries.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate coding of transactions and compliance with policies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial controls.

Skills & Experience Required
  • 3–5 years' accounting experience (intermediate level).
  • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.
  • Experience with SaaS businesses including revenue recognition and capitalisation of costs around product creation (preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity data entry (preferred).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
