We are looking for an exceptional Team Leader – Grand Club who will provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to guests throughout all stages of their stay.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's executive floor, including check-in and check-out of guests, as well as managing the operation of the executive floor lounge.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels and should possess the following qualities:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent
  • Good customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in another language is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of OPERA system
  • Well-versed in Food and Beverage operations
