- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management or any Business course
- With at least one (1) year experience in Collection
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Job Description:
- Assist in following up delinquent accounts by telephone call, e-mail or if needed, personal visit and prepares and files the corresponding call report.
- Prepares and send collection letters.
- Monitors online deposit payment of clients, if any.
- Monitors and ensures replenishment of depleted Post Dated Cheques, if any.
- Performs all other related functions as may be requested by the Collection Department Head from time to time.
