Job Description:

  • Assist in following up delinquent accounts by telephone call, e-mail or if needed, personal visit and prepares and files the corresponding call report.
  • Prepares and send collection letters.
  • Monitors online deposit payment of clients, if any.
  • Monitors and ensures replenishment of depleted Post Dated Cheques, if any.
  • Performs all other related functions as may be requested by the Collection Department Head from time to time.
