Growth Specialist

Job Description: As a Growth Specialist at Ohmyhome, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic content management, data-driven marketing improvements, and proactive marketing outreach. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement strategies that attract, engage, and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Management:
- Develop and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including the company website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Create compelling property listings, market reports, and client testimonials to enhance our brand presence.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to produce multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and virtual tours.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
2. Use of Data to Improve Marketing:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and client engagement metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies to target specific demographics and improve lead generation.
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and enhance the customer journey.
3. Conduct Marketing Outreach:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and direct mail.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and influencers in the real estate industry.
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and open houses to promote properties and engage with clients.
- Create personalized outreach strategies to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and client behavior.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
