Job Description
  • Acts as a strategic partner to stakeholders by identifying performance gaps and recommending targeted learning interventions.
  • Uses data-driven insights to prioritize capability needs and continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Designs and delivers differentiated learning experiences using varied instructional methods to engage diverse learners.
  • Develops metrics to measure training impact on performance and adjusts programs in response to evolving business needs.
  • Provides coaching and builds people development capabilities among managers to drive a high-performing culture.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous learning through innovation, resource stewardship, and strategic communication.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales training within a multinational pharmaceutical organization.
  • Strong background in business partnering, consulting, and designing innovative learning solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and modern learning technologies and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business-related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Skilled in translating business needs into impactful capability-building strategies.
