Job Description
As a Sales Analyst, you will transform data into strategic insights, optimizing sales performance and revenue growth. You'll analyze trends, track key metrics, refine sales forecasts, and develop executive reports. Collaborate with leadership to set quotas, enhance retention strategies, and shape go-to-market plans—all while driving impactful business decisions.

The Qualifications We Seek:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, preferably within SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.
- Proven expertise in quota setting and sales performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience conducting customer retention and churn analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for sales teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams and brands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, advanced analytics tools, and forecasting models.
- Understanding of Wi-Fi network solutions, telecommunications, or the connectivity industry is a plus.
Your Daily Tasks:
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze historical sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across Ookla and Ekahau.
- Conduct customer retention and churn analysis, providing actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain executive-level reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Track and ensure the accuracy of KPIs, sales forecasts, and revenue metrics.
Quota Setting & Financial Planning
- Design and implement data-driven sales quotas aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to establish realistic yet challenging targets.
- Continuously assess quota effectiveness and adjust based on market trends and sales performance.
Strategic Sales Insights
- Partner with sales leadership to refine go-to-market strategies using data insights.
- Identify pipeline gaps, market trends, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Provide sales enablement insights to drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
Executive Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and present executive reports summarizing sales performance, forecasts, and strategic insights.
- Maintain real-time dashboards to keep leadership informed on KPIs and sales trends.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Customer Insights & Retention
- Analyze customer behavior to enhance retention strategies and reduce churn.
- Develop models to predict customer lifetime value, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work with customer success teams to implement data-driven engagement strategies.
