We are looking for someone with:

At least 3-5 years of experience in:

  • Automation technologies such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Maven, Perfecto, Jenkins, JMeter, Postman, and other testing frameworks and tools
  • Object Oriented Programming Languages like Java, JavaScript, .NET, Node.js/React, Python
  • A university degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience developing, coding, and executing test automation scripts for distributed web solutions, including UI and microservices/API
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices, automation tools, techniques, and their application
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience writing complex test plans and test cases, applying risk-based testing principles
  • Ability to identify productivity and efficiency improvements and adapt quickly to change
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong planning, organization, risk management, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively

On the job you will:

  • Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts to ensure quality and coverage through various testing types
  • Maintain and improve automated test scripts and coverage using various automation tools
  • Execute manual tests when automation isn't feasible
  • Follow quality standards, best practices, and audit requirements
  • Analyze defects, document issues, and ensure successful test completion
  • Participate in code reviews and share skills with team members
  • Promote test automation practices within your team and broader organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
  • Mentor and coach team members on automation techniques
