We're looking for a Quality Engineer – Automation to join our growing team in Quezon City (Hybrid, 1–2 days onsite). This role offers a competitive salary of ₱100,000 plus benefits, mid-shift schedule (4:00 PM–1:00 AM), and the opportunity to work on real automation testing tasks that directly impact product quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing (automation or manual).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (Java, Python, or equivalent).
  • Experience in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts for web or mobile applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product stability.
  • Work closely with developers to identify, track, and resolve defects.
  • Execute test cases and review test results for accuracy.
  • Support manual testing efforts when needed for new features or urgent fixes.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and team discussions to provide QA updates.
  • Document and maintain clear test plans, reports, and automation frameworks.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve testing processes and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
