Role Description:

The Digital Transformation Sr. Specialist will be responsible for driving the adoption of ICTSI's digital initiatives across PH Terminals by identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing digital tools, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The role focuses on enhancing logistics and operational efficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to roll out new technologies. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in digital logistics, business development, and customer-focused digital solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Digital Project Roll-out & Implementation:Assist in developing and executing digital transformation strategies that align with business goals, focusing on rolling-out ICTSI digital solutions to PH Terminals and making sure that the terminals continue to push customer adoption of the application systems.
  • Customer-Centric Experience Optimization:Design and implement digital solutions that improve customer engagement and retention, collaborating with CRM and IT teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • PH Terminal Governance:Assist in establishing PH Terminal communities – Docs, Ops, HSE, IT, Commercial to unlock a streamlined and standardized Philippine Terminal Operation in achieving scalability for a better customer experience across ports nationwide.
  • Collaboration Across Teams:Work closely with PH Terminals, Global IT and internal teams in PHComm to ensure digital solutions meet both business and customer needs, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:Establish and promote customer feedback mechanism to get insights and initiate customer-driven improvements and ensure continuous development.
  • Change Management:Support the development of change management plans to ensure smooth transitions to new digital tools for PH Terminals, not limited to user training, standardization and system updates.

Job Requirements and Competencies:

  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Experience in digital logistics, supply chain management, or customer service.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset for improving business processes.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a customer-first approach in achieving time-on-target roll-outs and project implementation.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, logistics, business development, or project management.
  • Strong background in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot), and BI tools.
  • Proven track record in managing digital projects that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in IT, operations, and customer service.

Working Environment:

  • The role will primarily be desk-based, involving data analysis, report preparation, and meetings.
  • Occasional visits to operational areas at terminals may be required.
  • The workload will vary, requiring the ability to switch between different tasks quickly.
