A Chargeback Care Specialist who joins Us is a frontline member for one of the world's best brands.
Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Learn about the ever-changing world of card processing and online payments.
- Create evidence to protect merchants from illegitimate chargebacks.
- Check the accuracy of our automated system in creating 100% accurate chargeback evidence.
- Providing customer satisfaction and experience.
- Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
- Participating in training to improve work performance.
- Following TaskUs' policies and keeping information confidential.

What makes a #RidiculouslyGood Chargeback Expert?
- 1 year in Financial industry experience i.e. Chargeback and Disputes, Banking, Accounting, or BPO Financial Chargeback campaigns.
- Exceptional Communication Skills—both written and oral.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site.
