Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Account Manager is the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, staff support, and business growth. This role involves client management, staff coaching, performance monitoring, and problem resolution.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, addressing needs, concerns, and business opportunities
  • Guide COolture Coaches and line leaders through coaching and performance evaluations
  • Oversee staff onboarding, support, and retention strategies
  • Track key performance metrics, including client satisfaction and attrition
  • Manage recruitment coordination and hiring updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and performance improvement plans
  • Lead engagement initiatives, staff meetings, and team-building activities
  • Work with Finance, HR, IT, and Office Management on client and staff needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Airtable preferred) and MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
