The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining controls on financial inputs for Sales Entities. You will work closely with the Sales Managers and Firstlight Foods Management Team to provide professional advice and service on financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure performance against the business's Five Year Plan, including analysis of revenue and selling costs.">
  • Coordinate the preparation of the annual sales budget.">

  • Implement and integrate all accounting and reporting policies.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting or an accounting-related field, preferably CPA.">
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in management accounting in FMCG/CPG.">
  • Strong numerical literacy and analysis skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with new technology and demonstrate proficiency in computer programs, especially spreadsheets.">
