  • Process vendor invoices and credits, including reconciling invoices and tracking payments.
  • Research and correspond regarding invoice payments, credits, returns, vendor history, etc.
  • Enforce compliance with accounts payable policies and procedures.
  • Create and run various reports as requested.
  • Assist in reviewing, reconciliation of vendor accounts.
  • Assist on ad hoc work requirements as needed.
  • Coordinate during Statutory and Internal Audit.
  • Process critical invoices especially rent/utilities for various sites as well as creation of BIR 2307.

Concentrix Is a Great Match If You
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 3 years experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the Shared Services accounting industry.
  • Knowledge in accounting processes such as AP, AR, Fixed Asset, Intercompany, Account Reconciliations and General Ledger.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to work on a fast - paced environment while maintaining quality of work.
  • Effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Good Team player.
  • Able to collaborate with other cross-functional teams within Concentrix.
  • Attention to detail is highly important.
  • A structured methodical approach is necessary.
  • Able to work on mid-shift (Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to midnight)
