This position is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing business plans and sales offers for dealers. The role involves securing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, and monitoring inventory and product performance. The position focuses on fostering strong relationships with dealers, resolving issues, and conducting business reviews. Key responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining strategic product placements, and ensuring the accurate execution of budget plans. The role also involves overseeing payment collection, acting as a liaison with dealer accounting, and supporting dealer promotions. Collaboration with internal teams, including PM, SCM, Marketing, and Sales, is essential to ensure business alignment and process efficiency. The goal is to sustain business relationships, meet sales objectives, and contribute to LG's market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales plans and offers for dealers
  2. Secure purchase orders and monitor timely deliveries
  3. Foster strong business relationships with dealers
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain OI
  5. Ensure strategic product displays and satisfactory market share
  6. Handle budget requests for dealer support programs
  7. Collaborate with LG departments (PM, CMD, SCM, Marketing, etc.)
  8. Ensure timely payment collection and maintain financial health
  9. Prepare and submit necessary sales reports and documentation
What We're Looking For:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics or appliances
  3. Strong sales and account management skills with an understanding of the consumer electronics market
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of working independently under pressure
  6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software
  8. Physically fit and willing to travel frequently for business
  9. Reside in Davao
  10. Own a car with a valid driver's license
