Overview

Human Resources Officer at China Bank Savings. Responsible for the overall service and operational efficiency and quality assurance of the assigned lending center / business lending unit. Ensures required turn-around-time, company policy, operational controls and regulatory compliance are met at the highest level.

Responsibilities
  • Process and ensure accuracy and completeness of loan application requirements, balance end-of-day transactions of the branch, and safekeeping of all loan documents.
  • Receive and process loan applications for approval by the Junior Loan Committee.
  • In-charge of releasing loan proceeds to borrowers.
  • Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) for all borrowers.
  • Receive and answer inquiries pertaining to loan application status and requirements.
  • Generate reports and balance all transactions for the day and at month-ends.
  • Prepare related accounting tickets for the day's transactions.
  • Handle record keeping, filing, and safekeeping of all loan reports and accounting tickets.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Team Leaders.
Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's/College degree in Business or related field.
