Responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support such as preparing credit files, reaching out to customers for financial information, credit origination, and additional administrative duties.

Salary Range: Php35, 000 - Php45,000

Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Gather necessary financial documents from clients (e.g., income statements, ID, bank statements).
  • Conduct credit history checks and assess borrower eligibility.
  • Communicate with banks and lenders to submit applications and follow up on approvals.
  • Ensure all loan applications meet New Zealand financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintained accurate records and update client information in CRM and loan processing software.
  • Provide updates to clients on the status of their loan applications and request additional information if needed.
  • Work with solicitors, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth loan settlements.
  • Assist mortgage advisers and other team members with loan-related tasks.
  • Identify and address any issues or missing information in loan applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Loan Processor, Loan Writer, or similar role
  • Background knowledge in Mortgage Processing.
  • Trail CRM experience is advantage
  • Microsoft Office competence (Word / Excel)
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Organized and keen to details
  • Task-oriented and able to meet deadlines
