Job Overview

Mortgage loan processors play a crucial role in supporting brokers to achieve settlement targets. This involves managing data entry into various systems, preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans, and communicating with clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lodging new applications with lenders and following through to approval and settlement.
  • Communicating with clients to keep them updated on progress.
  • Organizing valuations with lenders and booking settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
  • Ensuring all settled files are compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Keeping application trackers up-to-date within CRM systems.
  • Managing diary and email communications effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Australian loan processing is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and loan processing software is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for interacting with clients and other parties.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is required for reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy.
