Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • At least 5 years' experience as DevOps Engineer in a managed service environment or large government agency
  • Expert understanding of IT services, service readiness & required deliverables & outcomes
  • Experience using relevant programming language to write code for Cloud-Native, Service Oriented & API-driven software, delivering incrementally to get fast feedback from the customer or product owner
  • Experience delivering technical solutions, including a deep understanding of technical capabilities, methods & technologies
  • Understands customer needs to design scalable Cloud-Native, Service Oriented & API-driven architecture that meets requirements & is customer focused
  • Applies Agile & DevOps practices in development & testing to improve software delivery
  • Tertiary qualifications in computer science, technology or related discipline
Tools Experience
  • Microsoft SCOM SME (required)
  • Power Automate or any other orchestration tool
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Integration
