About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to build,

manage, and lead DevOps capabilities that support mobile (Android/iOS), web

(Angular), and backend (Java microservices) development teams. This role

involves driving infrastructure automation, CI/CD, security, monitoring, and

production support while ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance across

the organization.

You will work closely with development and architecture teams to automate

systems, optimize performance, implement secure cloud infrastructure, and foster

a DevOps culture that enables rapid, stable, and secure product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across mobile, web, and backend platforms using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and integrations with tools like SonarQube, Trivy, and Nexus.
  • Architect, manage, and scale containerized environments using Docker,
  • Kubernetes (AWS EKS), and OpenShift (OCP).
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
  • Configure and maintain Linux systems, with secure networking and strong scripting capabilities (Bash, Python, Groovy).
  • Manage secure, highly available infrastructure in AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Support and manage Nginx configurations, routing, and reverse proxy setups for internal and external microservices.
  • Operate and monitor Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters, including autoscaling, persistent storage, networking, logging, and security enforcement (OPA, RBAC, PSPs).
  • Lead performance and load testing, compute sizing, and observability initiatives.
  • Administer artifact repositories such as Nexus, and manage internal and vendor dependency lifecycles.
  • Work with LDAP, Active Directory, DNS, and VLAN configurations for infrastructure integrations.
  • Integrate Trivy for container security scanning and manage the vulnerability remediation process.
  • Administer and integrate SonarQube into CI/CD workflows for code quality enforcement.
  • Ensure secure deployments of identity and authentication microservices in compliance-driven environments.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to drive adoption of DevOps best practices.
  • Provide detailed documentation, mentorship, and technical leadership to engineering teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, and support Jira integration for DevOps planning, tracking, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Around 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform
  • Engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Proven experience with AWS services: EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, VPC.
  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
  • Solid scripting experience in Bash, Python, and/or Groovy.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD systems: Jenkins, GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with Nexus, SonarQube, Trivy, and other DevSecOps tools.
  • Strong skills in Linux administration
