Role Description

We're looking for a skilled and motivated
DevOps Engineer
with at least
2 years of experience in AWS
and hands-on expertise with
Docker, Redis, and AWS Fargate
. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys automation, and takes pride in building stable, scalable cloud infrastructure.

As part of our DevOps team, you'll support our development lifecycle through seamless deployments, infrastructure optimization, and systems monitoring to ensure top-notch reliability and performance.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a DevOps Engineer based in Taguig.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and scale cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, ECS/Fargate, IAM, VPC, etc.)
  • Build, deploy, and manage Docker containers
  • Maintain and optimize Redis for caching and data store usage
  • Automate deployments and operations via CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability issues
  • Implement security best practices and ensure infrastructure compliance
  • Document procedures, configurations, and deployment workflows

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, especially Fargate, EC2, IAM, and CloudWatch
  • Proficiency with Docker containerization and orchestration workflows
  • Solid understanding of Redis setup, configuration, and performance tuning
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Linux-based systems and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
