We are looking for an enthusiastic Cashier/Sales Assistant to join our team at the ZARA Ayala Center Cebu, Cebu City. As a member of our vibrant retail team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of our store. What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions efficiently

  • Operating the cash register and handling cash, card, and mobile payments accurately

  • Restocking and organizing merchandise to maintain store presentation and product availability

  • Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and visually appealing shopping environment

  • Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures

  • Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe store environment

  • Actively contributing to team efforts and supporting colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

  • Willing to be work in Ayala Center Cebu

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the fashion industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor

  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and style.
