Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure zero error by making no errors at all while processing the transport document instructions.
  • To ensure zero number of documents and amendments waiting in the queue by ensuring prioritization bills and FIFO (first in first out) process in Solar queue.
  • To ensure all communication messages assigned are handled within 24 running hours with focus on urgent issues prioritization.
  • To ensure knowledge is shared and team spirit is maintained above individual interests.
  • Timely processing of manual tasks within the timeframe agreed by team.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrates strong communication capabilities in an international environment.
  • End-to-end export documentation (Ocean)
  • Strong time management to complete tasks on time
  • A proactive attitude to foresee irregularities and propose alternative solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required.
  • Willing to work in morning/mid/graveyard shift.
Preferred Educational Background / Work Experience
  • Work experience in international logistics or freight forwarding is preferred but not required.
  • 2-3 years background in logistics, shipping and supply chain management industry.
  • Amenable to work in all kinds of shifts especially in graveyard and work in a hybrid working arrangement.
