Responsibilities
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor websites
  • Develop and implement link building strategy by having a solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
  • The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in Search Engine Marketing, and On-page and Off-page Search Engine Optimization
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
  • Experience with content writing, building backlinks, and optimizing webpages
  • In-depth understanding of how local search works and best practices
  • Great overall research and analytics skills
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics tool
  • Experience in using MOZ is an advantage
  • In-depth understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Experience in creating SEO plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate must be available to start as soon as possible
