Responsibilities- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on Deel's Immigration offering and wider Immigration industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients to fully understand requirements and tailor immigration solutions effectively.
- Work strategically alongside our core AEs to ensure a cohesive experience for our clients.
- Drive business growth working collaboratively with our SDR function.
- Foster strong relationships within the sales, marketing and product organisations to deliver the best possible experience to our clients.
- Strong presentation, demonstration and communication skills.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in our CRM system.
- Based in APAC
- 2+ years closing sales experience.
- Mandarin language skills are essential due to the customer coverage.
- Experience with process/playbook selling (i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar).
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning.
- Prior experience in Immigration, Legal preferred (not mandatory).
- Experience working in Immigration or similar field.
- Strong ability to be self motivated and work autonomously.
- Experience working in a remote & distributed team.
- Experience working as a co-prime or overlay AE.
- A growth mindset, curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow.
