We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our global mobility team as an Account Executive.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences. Our all-in-one payroll and HR platform supports every worker type in 150+ countries—helping businesses scale smarter, faster, and more compliantly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on immigration offerings and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to fully understand their requirements and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Work strategically alongside core AEs to ensure a cohesive experience for clients.
  • Drive business growth collaboratively with the SDR function.
  • Foster strong relationships within sales, marketing, and product organizations to deliver the best possible experience to clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Based in APAC
  • 2+ years of closing sales experience
  • Mandarin language skills are essential due to customer coverage
  • Experience with process/playbook selling (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer-centric)
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
  • Prior experience in Immigration or Legal preferred but not mandatory
