We are seeking a Mobile Developer available for a full-time, 3-month engagement for a US-based client, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

What you'll do:

Objectives

  • Build a production-grade AirLink SDK for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration with airline mobile apps.

  • Support features such as:

  • Off-airport identity verification

  • Biometric authentication
  • Digital wallet for credential storage
  • Integration with national ID systems and airport infrastructure
  • Privacy-preserving data exchange
  • Deliver SDKs that are modular, well-documented, and easy to integrate.

Scope of Work

Architecture & Planning

  • Review existing AirLink SDK documentation and APIs
  • Define SDK architecture for iOS and Android
  • Identify dependencies and third-party integrations

Development

  • Implement core SDK modules:

  • Credential verification

  • Biometric capture and matching
  • Secure storage and wallet
  • API communication with UltraPass backend
  • Integrate third-party libraries for doc scan, biometrics, and digital wallet functionality

Testing & QA

  • Unit and integration testing
  • Device compatibility testing
  • Security and performance validation

Documentation

  • Developer guides
  • Integration samples
  • API references

Support & Handoff

  • Provide onboarding support for airline partners\
  • Offer post-delivery maintenance options

Deliverables

  • AirLink SDK for Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift)
  • Sample integration apps for both platforms
  • Complete technical documentation
  • Test reports and coverage metrics
  • Deployment and versioning strategy

Evaluation Criteria

  • Proven experience in mobile SDK development
  • Familiarity with biometrics, verifiable credentials, and privacy-first design
  • Strong project management and communication
  • Ability to deliver modular, well-documented SDKs
  • References or case studies of similar work
