Work Location: Onsite - Baguio City
Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift – Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Philippine Time).Must be willing to work during holidays as needed.
Job Overview
Elite Virtual Employment Solutions (EVES) is looking for a Helpdesk/Tech Assistant to provide IT support for a US-based restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting restaurant operations by troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT systems, and improving internal processes. Additionally, this role requires someone who can enhance and optimize the company's use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to restaurant employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including device setup and account provisioning.
- Support IT systems and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
- Help enhance and improve the way the company utilizes Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate to drive efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements within restaurant operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT department's objectives.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows-based environments.
- Basic networking knowledge (VPNs, Wi-Fi, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work during holidays as needed.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
- Prior experience in a customer-facing IT support role.
- Familiarity with other software such as RTI and Cognito Forms.
