Job Description

  • Project management to Label initiatives
  • Develop label development strategy to improve current label process
  • Further develop label training
  • Review status of label process and repositories to develop and manage label improvement initiatives
  • Point of contact for label issues
  • Manage access rights for label repositories
  • Work with Change Management team regarding customer change approvals where required for label updates
  • Review current labels for compliance to label guidelines
  • Update labels as required
  • Manage resource loading/bandwidth of matrixed staff working on label initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of metrics around label development and control.
  • Work with manufacturing operations to ensure Label gets printed as per requirements and technical specifications
  • Interact with Design and safety on latest developments in Label changes for regional and global implementation.
  • Duties as deemed necessary by the Head of Configuration Management / Configuration Management Manager.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate will ideally come from the power supply industry with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics or equivalent. We are looking for the following attributes:

  • 5 years in a similar role preferred
  • Outstanding attention to detail and meticulous approach to work.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and across various time zones.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in SAP / MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication (oral/written) and collaboration.
  • Experience within a multinational organisation preferred.
  • Experience in Label design tool such as BarTender preferred
  • Experience in PowerBI and Sharepoint would be an advantage
