About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee and drive excellence across multiple Medical and Clinical Operations functions. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with strong clinical expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through efficient operations management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple functions within Medical & Clinical Operations, ensuring seamless execution of programs and services.
  • Leverage clinical expertise to support staff on disease states, health conditions, and navigating medical management systems.
  • Oversee coordination of care activities, including chronic condition management, utilization management, and case management.
  • Regularly review and approve process improvements to enhance service delivery and patient care.
  • Adhere to organizational policies, employment terms, and directives, including flexibility in work arrangements and adapting to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
  • Must hold an active PRC license.
  • Completed residency training and board-certified (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and work collaboratively across functions to meet department and organizational objectives.
