We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead package development tasks in our OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) team. As a Package Development and Project Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, managing projects, and ensuring seamless transitions in our ATV and CCS business groups.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Be responsible for package development tasks in OSAT: package definition, technology integration, and project management for ATV and CCS business groups.
  • Manage new process development and new product introduction in OSAT. Perform technical ramp-up management for seamless transition during new product / package ramp-up phases into serial production.
  • Enable new package platforms and derivative packages, supporting technology and package development at OSAT, including new subcon enabling support.
  • Handle OSAT change management projects (major changes), ensuring projects meet requirements.
  • Identify package-level opportunities for cost reduction and execute cost-down projects.
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience managing subcons (assembly/process engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years in project management
  • A proven track record of successful project execution, cost reduction initiatives, and technology integration
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in FAR, 8D, audit skills, and project systematic approaches
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Advanced project management training is a plus.
