In this capacity, you will ensure and maintain a high level of customer service by taking ownership of shipment and invoicing processes. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supports operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Ensure shipments are timely and delivery schedule is met by working closely with internal and external teams (such as forwarders).
  • Complete proper documentation (Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, GST) for each delivery/shipment.
  • Manage & submit all complete Goods and Services Tax (GST) documents submission to Finance on a timely basis.
For this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience handling shipping documentation or specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • General knowledge of quote to cash process.
