Accountabilities:

  1. Timely coordinate export shipments, arranging documentation according to international requirements.
  2. Prepare essential shipping documents like Bill of Lading, issuance of same, and interaction with buyers/sellers.
  3. Built partnerships with key clients and vendors via seamless communication.
  4. Guarantee adherence to shipping regulations and best practices, uphold consistency across the export documentation chain.
  5. Continuously track shipment progress and deliver accurate information to concerned parties.
  6. Expedite Bill of Lading verification by double checking it against the Master Bill of Lading.
  7. Liaise closely with transportation agents to establish and maintain clear lines of communication.
  8. Serve as point of contact for preparation and clearing related queries for both national and foreign market exports.
  9. Create and disburse payment vouchers for carriers, especially during Japanese exports.
  10. Collaborate regularly with exporters to monitor shipping updates and provide client assistance.
  11. Engage in periodic fact-finding and efficiency assessment meetings with department heads.

Necessary Skills:

  • Expertise in logistics export field would be beneficial.
  • Knowledgeable about Emanifest, AMS, or AFR filing systems.
  • Capability in handling multi-destination trades will be seen positively.
  • A well-rounded understanding of MS office tools.
  • English proficiency, read and write fluently.
  • An adaptable worker who fosters team cohesion.
