We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
