Project Manager II

Defines project scope, develops schedules and budgets, and identifies resource requirements, deliverables, and timeframes for completion.

Acts as the single point of contact for its team and coordinates activities with internal/external groups.

Manages multiple concurrent projects and coordinates activities of several project teams.

Develops reports, analytics, and assessment tools to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsible for raising and maintaining awareness of all project issues and risks, working with appropriate personnel to develop solutions.

Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Drives continuous process improvement in assigned areas of the business.

Manages project execution of unique projects without an established methodology.

Applies escalation skills to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully to stakeholders and/or business partners, resolving or escalating issues in a timely manner.

Collaborates with management at multiple levels to identify business opportunities, create project plans, develop risk mitigation strategies, and support teams in executing functions leading to successful customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

5-10 years of experience in business process review, improvement, re-engineering, change management, and execution

PMP certification preferred.

Change Management certification preferred.

GBS Professional certification or equivalent is a plus.

Certifications in Agile, Prince, or equivalent are advantageous.

Knowledge of Quality Tools & Techniques (TQM, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
