Accounting Analyst II - Labour Accountant

Job Description

Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and capital expenditure schedules. Prepares, records, analyzes, and reports accounting transactions to ensure the integrity, completeness, accuracy, and compliance of accounting records with accepted policies and principles. Provides financial support through forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances. Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports. Assists in documenting accounting projects. Develops professional skills within the discipline, solving routine problems, demonstrating proficiency with concepts and processes, and analyzing solutions using standard procedures. Receives guidance and direction from senior roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst role
  • Experience in General Accounting and R2R (P&L Analysis and Balance Sheet Reconciliation)
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
