Dans ce rôle, vous ne ferez pas que répondre aux questions — vous construirez des relations et aurez un impact concret. Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos clients, en leur offrant un support de qualité par appels, chats et e-mails. Votre capacité à communiquer clairement et calmement dans deux langues sera essentielle pour résoudre leurs problèmes et leur offrir une expérience positive.
Responsabilités- Champion·ne du Client : Offrir un support exceptionnel et garantir que chaque interaction soit une expérience positive.
- Résolution avec Confiance : Identifier et résoudre rapidement les problèmes en apportant des solutions efficaces.
- Créer des Liens : Utiliser vos excellentes compétences en communication pour établir des relations solides et durables.
- Collaborer et Améliorer : Travailler étroitement avec l'équipe afin de partager vos idées et contribuer à améliorer continuellement notre service.
- Expérience : Minimum d'un an d'expérience en support client bilingue à distance ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Communication : Excellentes compétences écrites et orales en français et en anglais.
- Aisance technologique : Connaissance des plateformes de support client comme Gorgias, Zendesk ou Shopify (un atout).
- Résolveur·se de problèmes : Capacité à rester calme et concentré·e, même en situation de pression.
- Connaissance e-commerce : Une expérience avec l'e-commerce et les systèmes CRM est un plus.
- Matériel : Un ordinateur personnel ou portable avec processeur minimum i5 (ou équivalent).
- Internet : Une connexion stable avec au moins 15 Mbps en débit descendant et ascendant.
- Télétravail : Poste 100 % à distance et permanent.
