Overview

The Senior Process Executive-CDM/PV will be responsible for managing and optimizing processes related to Avaya Voice Portal/IR. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will enhance efficiency in Research and Development and PV Case Processing contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize processes using Avaya Voice Portal/IR to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in process execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Avaya Voice Portal/IR.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all process-related activities.
  • Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
  • Document and maintain process workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for process enhancements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure process adherence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Research and Development initiatives by providing process insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to PV Case Processing by ensuring accurate and timely data management.
Qualifications
  • Possess strong technical skills in Avaya Voice Portal/IR with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate experience in Research and Development and PV Case Processing is advantageous.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
  • Display effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a hybrid model.
  • Show proficiency in documenting and maintaining process workflows and procedures.
