Requirements:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensure achievement of monthly DSO Budget and other KPI targets.
  2. Manage Accounts Receivable balance and contact customers before balances become overdue to confirm payments.
  3. Responsible for identifying slow moving accounts and escalating delinquent debts for case management.
  4. Monitor customer credit limits.
  5. Acquire sufficient information to assess the creditworthiness of new clients.
  6. Monitor Field Collectors performance and productivity.
  7. In charge of the preparation of Reminder Letters.
  8. Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted upon as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
  9. Maintain good business relationships to improve customer retention and DSO.
  10. Responsible for the preparation of billings.
  11. Monitor and oversee the respective billing portfolio assigned.
  12. Respond to customers' concerns.
  13. Prepare necessary billing reconciliation (matching of PO) and completion of needed attachments.
  14. Perform other tasks as may be required.

  1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  2. At least 1-2 years of work-related experience.
  3. Preferably with experience related to the job.
  4. Must have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Can work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented person who can focus on achieving common goals.
  7. Client service and quality-oriented mindset.
  8. Good communication skills and can deal with different kinds of customers.
  9. Preferably can start immediately.
  10. Applicants must be willing to work in Madrigal, Alabang.
