Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  • Oversee hotel and property development or renovation projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and brand representatives.
Financial Oversight
  • Review and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
  • Track and approve expenditures and change orders.
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure that the final product meets the owner's vision and brand requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the liaison between the owner and various stakeholders (hotel brand, project team, government agencies).
  • Represent the owner in meetings and negotiations.
Contract Management
  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met.
Operations
  • Support pre-opening activities including staffing, procurement, and training.
  • Ensure smooth transition to operational phase.
