Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting audits. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

What You'll Do:

  1. Oversee inventory accounting, including valuation, cost analysis, and reconciliation
  2. Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and reviewing tax filings (Income Tax, Sales)
  3. Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and ERP systems
  5. Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
  6. Review and approve daily BP (Business Partner) creation, changes, and deletions.
  7. Maintain and manage the Chart of Accounts (COA)
  8. Review and manage fixed assets, insurance/prepaid expenses, payroll-related expenses, promotion and marketing expenses, reconciling internal transactions, and logistics invoices
  9. Report weekly cash plans and cash forecasts
  10. Perform other duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
  2. At least 4+ years of experience in GL/AP
  3. Knowledge and understanding of SAP FI reporting is required
  4. Superior spreadsheet skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  6. Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  7. Good planning and priority-setting skills
  8. May be required to work long hours and weekends
  9. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  10. Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
