About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Team Lead to join our team in Shopee Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of hub leads and area fleet leads under the assigned region, ensuring each hub is on track with agreed standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads under the assigned region
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced across assigned hubs
  • Dispute resolution within and outside the team; lead team briefing, weekly meetings with staff, regular meetings on team performance
  • Continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Improve internal processes between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA
  • Implement new processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
  • At least 5 years experience in logistics; FMCG or 3PL experience is a plus
  • Has held a leadership role in a division or team
  • Process-driven individual
  • Experience in data analysis, particularly in performance management
