Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, operational auditing, or process improvement.

  • Experience in handling internal audits and implementing corrective/preventive action plans.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).

  • Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, or Kaizen is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Amenable to occasional travel to project sites or satellite offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, SOPs, and audit frameworks across business units.

  • Lead and manage internal operational audits to assess compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.

  • Analyze audit findings, create actionable reports, and recommend corrective/preventive measures.

  • Collaborate with department heads to align quality strategies with business goals and project timelines.

  • Monitor and measure performance indicators and process outputs to ensure quality objectives are met.

  • Lead investigations and root cause analyses for quality issues or non-conformances.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations, including ISO or similar standards if applicable.

  • Train and mentor teams on quality standards, audit procedures, and continuous improvement methods.

  • Lead or support company-wide initiatives such as risk management, customer satisfaction surveys, or productivity benchmarking.

  • Report regularly to senior management on quality trends, risks, and process improvements.
