Description:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize new product manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Develop and implement process improvement strategies and solutions
Conduct process validations, process capability studies, and process failure mode and effects analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues

Requirements:
