Job Description:

DrBalcony is seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through various channels, primarily cold calling and telemarketing. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for attracting and engaging potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling customers and other clients seeking information.
  2. Qualify leads based on defined criteria, capturing essential information to facilitate the sales process.
  3. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to maximize opportunities for new business.
  4. Engage with leads via email, phone, and social media to nurture relationships and schedule meetings.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract new leads.
  6. Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track communications, and report on progress.
  7. Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  9. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent DrBalcony and build relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing roles, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  2. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and techniques.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  5. Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
  6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth.
This is a remote position with flexible working hours, but candidates should be available for key meetings and client interactions.
