A permanent part-time opportunity is now available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a highly professional and well-established accounting firm located in the Ipswich region.

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual with strong time management skills and a client service focus to provide high-level administrative support to a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and manage inbound enquiries via phone, SMS, and email
  • Direct calls and take accurate messages
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence and forms
  • Maintain electronic records, including indexing documents into the retrieval system
  • Track client records and liaise with clients regarding required information
  • Provide general administrative support including filing and stationery management
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role (experience in a professional environment such as an accounting or legal firm is preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Confidence using a variety of systems and technology, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required to support business needs
