We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounts payable, including creating new suppliers, updating supplier details, and reconciling supplier statements.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for processing payment runs, responding to email queries from suppliers, and working closely with other finance team members on cashflow and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating new suppliers / updating supplier details
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing payment runs
  • Responding to email queries from suppliers
  • Working with other finance team members on cashflow and bank reconciliations
Requirements
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, goods receipting and invoice receipting
  • 3-5 years experience in Financial- Accounts Payable Experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional experience in vendor/customer relations and processing of invoices
  • Confident in doing calls and has telephone manners to reach out to teams internally and externally/suppliers
