Design Architect Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares value-engineered design sketches and/or drawings.
  • Ensures that all layouts and drawings are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.
  • Checks design drawings for accuracy.
  • Submits assigned tasks and deliverables on time.
  • Attends internal meetings and discussions of projects.
  • Studies codes and standards.
  • Mentors and guides other team members and provides leadership and expertise to cross-functional
    teams.
  • Attends technical meetings with Bid Committee and inter-department coordination.
  • Evaluates site conditions and perform site surveys.
  • Creates renderings for presentations.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Architecture or a related course.
  • Preferably a licensed architect.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Design Architect.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray).
  • Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and sustainable design principles.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and standards.
