About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project/Senior Interior Architect to join our dynamic team at Dewan Design Office Inc. in Ortigas, Pasig City. As a Project/Senior Interior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of high-quality interior projects, contributing to the strategic growth and success of our organization. This is a full-time role based in our Ortigas office.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for producing architectural drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs.
  • Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications
  • Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture or similar
  • Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience.
  • Previous experience gained in the Interior Design Firm would be highly beneficial.
  • Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
  • Excellent communication, writing and computer skills (AutoCad packages, Revit, Microstation and MS Office programs)
  • Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills
