Job Description

The Project Process Development Staff supports the Process Development Supervisor in designing, developing, and maintaining project management tools, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders through data analytics and dashboard reporting. This role also includes designing and managing a website using a template-based website builder and serving as the primary point of contact for company-implemented tools used in the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Management Team to enhance data systems and analytics, providing insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decisions and business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
  • Serve as the administrator for cloud-based tools, providing user support and ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Design, build, and manage the team website using template-based platforms.
  • Create templates and manage project management tools to improve team collaboration and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks, and work within established procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Lookers Studio or other data visualization tools with hands-on experience in dashboard creation.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and analysis.
  • Knowledge in creating and maintaining a web page using template-based website builders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Having prior experience in project documentation or administration is an advantage.
  • Experience in supporting data analysis and dashboard reporting.
  • Knowledge of using project management templates.
  • Good communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders under the guidance of the Process Development Head.
